We could not find a hotel inside Beit Shemesh itself that we could source. The places below are in the surrounding Mateh Yehuda moshavim and kibbutzim and are listed by the regional council's tourism site; distances are straight-line from the city. For family visits, many people also rent flats in RBS: our Where to stay page has search links by neighbourhood.
